VH1 and VH1 Classic will air a one-hour concert special on Sunday (March 23) to remember the five-year anniversary of the fire that killed 100 people during a Great White concert at the Station Nightclub in West Warwick, R.I.

The special, Aftermath: The Station Fire Five Years Later, will incorporate footage from the Feb. 25 Phoenix Rising! benefit concert at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, R.I. The event featured such acts as Twisted Sister, Tesla, John Rich (Big & Rich), Randy Owen (Alabama), Dierks Bentley, Kellie Pickler and Gretchen Wilson, among others.

All proceeds from the concert benefited the nonprofit Station Family Fund, which provides survivors with funds for ongoing treatment and rehabilitation.

Along with concert highlights, the VH1 special will feature on-camera interviews from music fans that survived the tragedy. Poison frontman Bret Michaels will open the TV special by taking viewers back to the site of the club, which now stands as a memorial to those lost.

In addition to the premiere, which airs this Sunday at 10 p.m. (ET/PT), a preview of the concert is available at VH1Classic.com.
